- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup Vivian’s Live Again Alfredo Mix
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can (15 oz) Garbanzo Beans drained
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp salt
Whisk water and Alfredo Sauce mix together and microwave for 1 minute or until it comes to a full boil. Use blender to mince garlic then add garbanzo beans and Alfredo sauce and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Recipe Variation: Vegan Sour Cream Replacement
Prepare Alfredo sauce in microwave. Blend sauce, garbanzo beans, salt and 1 ½ tsp vinegar. Use as a topping for baked potatoes or as a base for your favorite dip.
