RIVERDALE, Utah — Crews from several fire departments responded to a grass fire near some homes in Riverdale Thursday morning.
According to a representative for the Riverdale Fire Department, the fire started in a field area between two homes near 3600 Park Dr.
Flames came within 20 feet of the homes, the Riverdale FD representative said.
The fire has been extinguished, but crews were still soaking hot spots shortly after 11.
