SALT LAKE CITY – Authorities have arrested a 22-year-old man after they said they saw numerous men reach into his alleged narcotics knapsack and leave with drugs.
Kasey Foulger is now facing felony charges because officers found him with a veritable ganja grab bag containing cocaine, marijuana, heroin and meth.
– Heroin: 41 grams
– Crack Cocaine: 35 grams
– Marijuana: 21 grams
– Methamphetamine: 16 grams
Salt Lake City Police Sgt. Robin Heiden said officers were watching for drug activity near 500 W. and 200 S. because of previous issues near the men’s shelter.
The area is also a “drug-free zone” near a school.
Sgt. Heiden said officers also found Foulger had a large amount of drug paraphernalia as well.
