SALT LAKE CITY – Police were asking the public for help locating a 3-year-old boy who went missing Wednesday afternoon, but a short time later they stated the child had been found.
Salt Lake City Police Department officials tweeted around 4:35 p.m. that 3-year-old Kelby had been missing since 3:15 p.m., and just before 5 p.m. they said the child had been found.
