OGDEN, Utah – The Weber-Morgan Board of Health will be discussing e-cigarette regulations today.
The board regularly meets to talk about health issues in and around Ogden.
Board members are to decide whether or not they will approve e-cigarettes this afternoon.
Officials said Ogden has the highest number of young people using e-cigs in the state.
