Turkey Burritos
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 can green chilies
4 large tortillas
4 oz. banana pepper cheese or mozzarella
12-15 banana pepper slices
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
In a large skillet, sauté the turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper until cooked all the way through (no longer pink). Add the green chilies and cook another 2-3 minutes. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet. Melt the cheese. Place some of the turkey mixture in each tortilla. Add some of the banana pepper slices. Roll like a burrito. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
