DURHAM, N.C. – A new study has narrowed down the most cost-effective commercial weight loss programs.
Researchers at the Duke National University of Singapore looked at high-quality studies of popular weight loss programs.
They found Weight Watchers and the Qsymia diet pill were the best value.
Participants lost weight and did not have high out-of-pocket expenses.
Jenny Craig was also effective but the program cost users more than $2,500 per year.
