A frustrated Comcast cable customer said he was trying to cancel his service when he was put on hold for about three hours.
Now, we know what you’re thinking, why wouldn’t you just hang up and call back later?
Aaron Spain recorded his experience to show the trouble he says he has gone through first trying to fix his service and then eventually trying to cancel his service.
He said he was sent to the “retention” department at about 7:17 p.m.
According to his YouTube post, he uploaded the video at 10:19 p.m.
At that time the offices were closed. The company still had him on hold.
He even live-tweeted the event.
