SANDY, Utah - Utah residents are gathering in Sandy to remember and honor those who were killed, those who survived and those who were affected by the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The Healing Field flags are on display now until Sept. 18.
The 3,000 flags are also placed to honor all front line responders and military who have served.
The display is free for all on the grass promenade south of Sandy City Hall.
All are invited to a brief ceremony Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in front of Sandy City Hall.
The Utah Healing Field Program, "The Music of America," is Monday, Sept. 15 at 7:30 p.m.
To wrap up the events, the Constitution Day program will honor the 225th anniversary of the United States Constitution Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
