Creamy Chicken Quinoa Salad
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Creamy Chicken Soup Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked chicken
4 green onions, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Mix water with Creamy Chicken Soup mix and bring to a boil in the microwave.
Combine soup with mayonnaise.
Mix together sauce and all remaining ingredients.
Serve on rolls, bread, buns, wraps, lettuce or eat plain.
NOTE: If you are using canned chicken, use the liquid from the can as part of the ½ cup of water.
