Some go to the library for peace and quiet while a group of others go for a very different reason; and those few decided to show the world in a video.
The group, “Tour De Prank,” decided it would be a good idea to eat their food while making the most noise possible.
Some in the library weren’t too happy and others just laughed it off as a joke.
