PROVO, Utah – Provo Police said the reported plane crash in Rock Canyon was a false alarm.
Authorities called off the search after more than an hour.
Dispatch said they received reports of a plane going down early Thursday morning but no plane was ever found.
Officials said there are no reports of a missing plane from the Provo Airport.
