U of U Health Care hosts health fair for Hispanic community

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — University of Utah Health Care is hosting a health fair aimed at serving the Hispanic community and their health needs.

The health fair starts at 10 a.m. and goes until 2 p.m. It will take place at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W. 3100 South, in West Valley City.

University of Utah doctors, nurses and community members will be there to facilitate free health screenings for children and adults. Screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol and eyesight checks.

Flu shots will be provided free of charge.

Everyone is welcome to attend the health fair.
