MIDVALE, Utah – A man who was hit by a car Saturday night died Sunday, and police officials said it appears the man was crossing against the light when he was struck.
Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department confirmed to FOX 13 News that 33-year-old John Hatch died Sunday due to injuries he suffered in the collision, which occurred at the intersection of 7800 South and Main Street around 11:30 p.m.
A vehicle being driven by a 29-year-old female struck the man, and the car had a green light in its direction of travel.
