SANPETE COUNTY, Utah – Deputies are investigating after a car hit a bicyclist, killing the victim early Tuesday morning.
Officials said the car was driving south on Old Cemetery Rd. near Ephraim and the biker was riding northbound when the vehicle hit the bicycle at about 6:45 a.m.
Authorities are working to notify the family before releasing the cyclist’s name.
Deputies have not said if the driver will face any charges in this incident.
