This is aspiring Florida rapper “Presto Flo.”
This is video of his photo shoot that ended badly on a very windy day in Clearwater, Florida.
He was posing by a seawall but as the wind got his hat.
While trying to save it he fell into the murky water.
It got even worse after he landed on an oyster bed and had to go to the hospital for cuts on his hand.
