SANDY, Utah -- Cub scouts from Sandy's pack 3411 celebrated their fundraising success by putting pies into the faces of their leaders.
A council leader promised the boys they could throw the pies if they raised certain amounts of money selling popcorn to raise funds for the Cub Scouts. The troop was tremendously successful, and after they raised about $28,719 they were able to put pies into the faces of two Salt Lake Council leaders.
