SALT LAKE CITY – A person who suffered a broken leg after a collision on a ski run has been airlifted to a hospital as a precaution, as there is the possibility the man is bleeding internally.
Jared Winkler, a public information officer for Brighton Resort, said two skiers collided while coming down a run at the resort,
The individual who broke a leg may also be bleeding internally, Winkler said, and the skier was flown to a Salt Lake area hospital. The exact condition of the injured person was unclear, and there were no reports of injuries to other people.
