PARLEY'S CANYON -- Another winter storm is descending upon the state, and The Utah Department of Transportation has issued warnings for dangerous driving conditions in Parley's Canyon, Big, and Little Cottonwood Canyons.
Speed limits have been reduced to 55 miles per hour in those areas until further notice.
UDOT said a big concern is black ice, and advised motorists who slide off the road to stay in their cars and call for help.
