- 1 lb. ground beef, 93% lean
- 2 tablespoons onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 12 rolls, toasted, split
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Bring a greased grill or frying pan up to medium high heat. In a large bowl mix together the beef and next 6 ingredients with salt and pepper. Form 12 small, thin patties. Cook to desired doneness.
Top each bun with a beef slider and any of the suggested toppings.
Suggestion: Serve with a green salad.
