SALT LAKE CITY – Officials said electrical issues are to blame for the Salt Lake City house fire Thursday.

Investigators determined the fire this morning at 644 N 200 W was accidental, caused by electrical wiring inside the home.

Firefighters were called to the home near 650 N. and 200 W. at about 10:30 a.m. where the homeowner was already outside when they arrived.

Officials said no one was seriously injured.

One adult was home at the time of the fire and will be displaced. @UtahRedCross will assist the home occupant.
