SALT LAKE CITY - Officials with the Utah Avalanche Forecast Center say the avalanche that killed 21-year-old Blake Ford in Hell's Canyon was just one of more than a dozen human-caused snow slides Wednesday.
Forecasters say even though there are no new storms on the horizon, the two to three feet of fresh powder we got early in the week, combined with warming temperatures heading into the weekend, means the potential for danger in the back country remains high.
