OREM, Utah – The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating a fight troopers said ended with the bloodied victim left on the side of the highway.
UHP Sgt. Todd Royce said two people in a car started to fight while driving on I-15 near Orem.
He said the passenger attacked the driver, giving the victim several cuts on both arms.
Then the victim was left on the highway.
Troopers said the victim was able to walk to a nearby IHOP just off University Parkway to get help.
Officials said the victim is expected to recover.
Authorities said this is a possible domestic incident.
