SALT LAKE CITY – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the LDS Church History Museum have just released a new exhibit you can enjoy online.
“Teachings of Christ” is a virtual art exhibit featuring rare pieces found in the museum’s collection, as well as submissions from church members around the globe for international art competitions.
Museum officials said the art illustrates parables Christ used to teach doctrine and principles.
This exhibit is the third of a five-part series.
The museum said it plans to launch a fourth exhibit in March focusing on atonement.
Officials said the fifth and final exhibit will come in April in commemoration of the Easter season.
The LDS Church History Museum is currently closed for renovations.
