10-Minute Chicken Chili (gluten and dairy free)
2 cup Water
1 cup Vivian’s Live Again Creamy Chicken Soup mix
1 (15 oz.) can white beans
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
2 teaspoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Toppings
Cilantro
Hot Peppers
Fresh Salsa
Dairy free cheese
In a stockpot or soup pot, bring water to a boil, add chicken soup mix and whisk. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add desired toppings to each serving.
