SALT LAKE CITY - How often do you buckle up? Every time you're in the car or just sometimes?
A new law in Utah now allows officers to pull over drivers if they are seen not wearing a seat belt.
The law was passed this last legislative session and will go into effect in about month.
Officials said the emphasis is on education, getting folks at the buckle up and to save lives.
