SALT LAKE CITY – New data provided by the U.S. Census bureau and released by the state details the population growth in Utah.
The 2014 figures show Salt Lake County has the most population (just over one million residents), followed by Utah, Davis, Weber and Washington counties.
Charts published by the Utah Department of Workforce Services showed that Wasatch, Uintah and Washington counties had the largest population growth. Piute and Carbon counties lost population; Beaver County didn’t gain or lose population.
