Ingredients:
- 2 Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Cups Apple Sauce (or 1 Cup apple juice)
- 1 ¼ Cup Cream
- 1 Can of Sprite
- 3 T Honey
- 2 Cups Flour
- ½ Red Onion, diced
- 2 T Butter
- 2 Whole Apples, diced (Honey Crisp, suggested)
Step 1:
Trim Tenderloin
Cut into 3/8 in. slices
Mix 2 Cups flour and a pinch of salt and pepper
Coat pork slices in flour mix
Sauté in frying pan with butter
Remove meat from pan and dispose 1/2 of grease
STEP 2
Add to frying pan:
2 Diced Apples
2 Cups Applesauce/ or Apple juice
½ Diced Onion
Sauté above ingredients
Add 1 ½ Cups cream—reduce to sauce consistency
Pour Sauce over meat, garnish with chopped chives, salt and pepper
