Boomer, Pat Barber has been in the barbecue business for decades.
Before moving his business into its current location 14 years ago, Barber conducted business on the sidewalk of a desolate downtown Salt Lake City street. While cooking for a small, intimate group, a passerby stopped, placed an order, and word of mouth soon made Pat`s BBQ legendary.
