A driver who parked in a handicap space without a permit came back to find his car covered in sticky notes.
A group of people used blue and white notes to form the International Symbol of Accessibility in several places on the vehicle. Onlookers took pictures and video as the driver returned to the car, removed some of the notes from the windshield and drove away.
