SALT LAKE CITY -- Tryouts were underway this weekend for the 2015-2016 America First Jazz Dancers, and nearly 100 participants came out to strut their stuff for a shot at the squad.
Team Director Jan Whittaker spoke about the qualities they look for in members of the team, and she said a personality suited to community appearances is part of the equation, as is dancing ability and, of course, being a huge Utah Jazz fan.
