- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 3 garlic cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb. boneless country style ribs
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Whisk first 7 ingredients together with salt and pepper. Add 3/4 of the sauce and pork ribs in a sealable bag or a 9 x 12 baking dish. Marinate for 4 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Bake ribs at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, baste ribs with remaining marinade. Return to oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 60 minutes (or longer, depending on thickness of ribs), until meat is tender. Baste every 15 minutes thereafter while cooking.
