- 1 package (19 ounces) Bratwurst
- 10 large flour tortillas
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup sour cream
Prepare bratwurst according to package directions; cut cooked sausage into ¼-inch slices. Spread 5 tortillas with mustard. Divide the sausage slices, onions, cheese and pickles on five of the tortillas.
Top each with another tortilla. Press down slightly on top tortilla to marry the ingredients together. Grill over medium heat on outdoor grill, indoor grill pan or in the oven until warmed through. Slice into wedges and serve immediately with sour cream.
