ORLANDO, Fla. — An SUV driver whose vehicle was attached to a tow truck tried unsuccessfully to drive away, and a bystander caught the incident on video.
It happened in the parking lot of a strip mall in Orlando, Florida.
“I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. He’s crazy,” said a woman who witnessed the incident.
The video has been watched nearly 680,000 times since it wuploaded to YouTube on Tuesday.
