OGDEN, Utah - At least one person is in the hospital for minor injuries after a collision in Ogden Monday afternoon.
Officials said two cars were involved in the crash at 22nd St. and Washington Blvd. just before 1 p.m.
Police ticketed the first driver for going through a red light.
Washington Blvd. is back open.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved.
