- 2 C white sugar
- 1 large Granny Smith
- 2 Large Brigham City Peaches
- 4 shakes of ground cinnamon
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees in convection bake setting.
Cut puff pastry to a little larger then diameter of an oven proof pan bottom and place on wax paper let it get to room temperature
Put sugar into the same oven proof pan and melt until golden brown not burnt…
Let the sugar cool slightly and arrange the fruit, peeled and cut into thin wedges, around the pan starting from the outside in… one row of peaches and one row of apples alternating until to the center. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon
Place the pastry on the top of the fruit and put into the oven to bake for about 10 to 15 min.
Invert the pan onto a cutting board and cut immediately into pie size pieces and add a scoop of ice cream
