Labor Day weekend is usually good for cashing in on shopping deals.
But despite the sales, consumer experts say there are a few things you should wait to purchase.
- Gas grills: While it is the end of the summer, prices can fall by another 25 percent between now and October.
- Fall clothing: Not many deals are being offered on that season’s apparel until November.
- TVs and electronics: Those will have bigger deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. However back-to-school electronics are an exception, you can get deals on those now.
- Toys: You’ll see deals on those in late October.
So what should you buy? Summer clothes will be on clearance and appliances will also see bigger discounts this Labor Day weekend.
