The Utah County Health Department has launched a program to assist low-income, first-time mothers.
Women pregnant with their first child are partnered with a registered nurse who visits them weekly through the pregnancy and postpartum period, and then bi-monthly through the baby’s second birthday.
Nurse Mary Ady visited the FOX 13 Studio Sunday morning to talk about the program with Kelly Chapman and Brek Bolton about the program.
