Back-to-school means back-to-bed a little earlier.
So what time should your kids be getting to bed on school nights?
An elementary school teacher from Wisconsin posted a chart on the school’s Facebook page that shows suggested times for kids.
The teacher said she was hoping to give parents a few pointers but the post has gone viral and now some parents are saying the schedule is unrealistic.
No matter which side you’re on, health experts said the bottom line is kids need at least 7 hours of sleep to function at their best.
The teacher said, at the very least, she is glad the chart started a conversation.
