- 4 Peaches, halved and pitted
Dip Peaches (cut side down) in to white sugar—place on grill for 10 seconds (or until desired glaze)
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 LB Cream Cheese
- 4 T Powdered Sugar
- ½ t Vanilla
- 1 T Chopped up Pecans
Mix well
Strawberry Puree
- 6-8 Strawberries
- 4 T Powdered sugar
Mash strawberries and mix with Powdered Sugar
On the open half of the peach, place the cream cheese filling and top with Strawberry Puree
Serve Immediately
