Grilled Peaches (09.11.15)

  • 4 Peaches, halved and pitted

Dip Peaches (cut side down) in to white sugar—place on grill for 10 seconds (or until desired glaze)

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 LB Cream Cheese
  • 4 T Powdered Sugar
  • ½ t Vanilla
  • 1 T Chopped up Pecans

Mix well

Strawberry Puree

  • 6-8 Strawberries
  • 4 T Powdered sugar

Mash strawberries and mix with Powdered Sugar

On the open half of the peach, place the cream cheese filling and top with Strawberry Puree

Serve Immediately
