1 head of kale
1 ear of corn, steamed or broiled
1 green onion
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Toum Vinaigrette
1/3 cup slide ridge honey wine vinegar
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp toum
1 tsp black pepper
salt as needed
