#AlexisStrong Cyprus High School had “gold out” tribute for student

MAGNA, Utah - Cyprus high school had a "gold out" at tonight's football game as a tribute for one sophomore student.

Alexis Gould was recently diagnosed with stage three Neuroblastoma.

There was anonymous donation at primary children`s hospital to Alexis in the amount of 40 thousand dollars.

The entire community rallied to support Alexis and her family, almost everyone wore shirts with the hashtag #AlexisStrong.

Along with the 40 thousand dollar donation the crowd at tonight's game raised 25 hundred dollars.

“I knew something was going to happen because some of my team told me that it was going to be really amazing," said Alexis. "But i didn't expect it to be that big."

Alexis also says she hopes everyone can learn from this... to always stay strong and don't let anything hold you back.
