TAYLORSVILLE, Utah – Authorities have arrested a man suspected of stealing over $30,000 and vandalizing more than 40 vending machines in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada.
Late Friday night a Unified Police Department Sergeant saw two people, a male and female, walking away from a broken down vehicle and recognized the male as suspect Jimmy Jack Olsen.
Police took both people into custody, booking Olsen into Salt Lake County Metro Jail on his arrest warrant.
They also interviewed and released the female identified as Olsen’s wife.
The Utah Attorney General’s Office is handling the prosecution.
