JEREMY RANCH, Utah — A Jeremy Ranch woman saw and photographed a bear in her neighborhood Tuesday morning.

According to a report by KPCW in Park City, the woman observed the bear on Saddleback Road, but Summit County deputies were unable to locate it when they responded to the scene.
“A reverse 9-1-1 call was put out just to notify the public that, in fact, a bear was sighted in Jeremy Ranch and to be cautious in the area, particularly when taking kids to and from bus stops, letting animals out into their yards. We just want people to know that that’s out there and it is a possibility to have a run-in with a bear,” Summit County Det./Sgt. Ron Bridge told KPCW.
