The Utah Division of Emergency Management posted this video Tuesday to recognize the search and rescue teams and all who helped during the flash floods in Hildale and southern Utah Sept. 14 and the days that followed.
Crews are still searching for the last missing victim, 6-year-old Tyson Lucas Black.
