OGDEN — A man accused of involvement in the largest human trafficking operation in state history is wanted after skipping out on a court appearance.
Court records show a $75,000 arrest warrant was issued for Changfeng Lin in July after he did not appear for a court hearing in 2nd District Court. Recently, bail companies have filed to have his bond forfeited.
Lin was arrested in a massive sweep of Wasatch Front massage parlors earlier this year. The Utah Attorney General’s Office alleged the parlors were fronts for illegal activity, including prostitution. They alleged the women at the parlors were being trafficked in to work there.
