(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Crab
- 3 Large Shrimp (remove tail)
- 1 oz. Salmon
- 1 Egg
- ½ Stick of Butter
- ¼ of an Onion—Diced
- ½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 t Oldbay Seasoning
- ¼ C Miracle Whip
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 Lime (peeled)
- ¼ of an Onion—Diced
- 1 Fresh Tomato
- 1 Diced Sorano Pepper
- 1 T Cream
- ½ Bottle Capers
Instructions:
Chop up Crab, Shrimp, & Salmon into small pieces
Mix all “Crab Cake Ingredients” together (except butter)
Melt Butter in a Frying Pan
Make into Thin Patties and Cook in Frying Pan (About 1 Minute on each side)
Mix all Topping Ingredients and serve on top of Crab Cakes
Serve Immediately
