Make a Wish Utah is celebrating their 30th anniversary this week. The organization on average performs about 3 wishes a week in the state. To commemorate 30 years they are holding a masquerade ball at the capitol building for 18-year-old heart transplant survivor Melissa. The public is invited to come in black tie attire and enjoy watching a wish come true. To learn more go here.
