GRANBURY, Texas — A motorcyclist who was struck by a car near Granbury, Texas said the driver swerved to hit him intentionally, according to a report by The Dallas Morning News.

Eric Sanders, who was driving the motorcycle, told the news agency the crash happened Saturday afternoon on a county road about five miles north of Granbury. The incident was captured on video (above).

A second video (below) apparently shows another motorcyclist confronting the driver of the vehicle that hit Sanders.

“I don’t care,” the driver said when asked what he was doing.

According to The Dallas Morning News, the Texas Highway Patrol has seen the video and the driver whose vehicle struck Sanders may face felony charges.

The description on the first video said Sanders’ girlfriend was a passenger on the motorcycle at the time of the incident and both suffered injuries.
