It's Face Your Fears week on The PLACE and this time it's Dave's turn! He is facing his fear of spiders and getting very close to them (even holding some!) with Christy Bills from the Natural History Museum of Utah. A couple things you should know about spiders:
- spiders in your house are not going to hurt you
- spiders are beneficial
- black widows are venemous, but they're very common and unlikely to bite
- there are NO brown recluse spiders in the state of Utah
